Navigate, save changes, and recover from errors
Know what is saved, how scenario context follows links, and what to do after a failed request.
When this applies
Use this whenever you move between pages, edit a plan, see Unsaved changes, or encounter a recovery page.
How to enter it
- Confirm the scenario switcher shows the intended Home or What-if plan.
- Save a form before leaving; a local and page-level indicator marks draft changes.
- After a save error, return to the related page and confirm whether the value reloaded before trying again.
- Use the standard view for planning; administrator-only debug views are diagnostic.
How YARCalc uses it
- Scenario and version context are preserved by normal planning links.
- Analysis jobs report progress and can resume without blocking navigation.
