Sign in, recover access, and secure your account
Understand passwords, recovery codes, multifactor authentication, and device sessions.
When this applies
Use this for sign-in, an administrator-issued temporary password, password recovery, or authenticator setup.
Where to enter it
Account menu > Account settings
How to enter it
- Replace an administrator-issued password when prompted; the rest of YARCalc remains unavailable until it is changed.
- Use a one-time recovery code from an administrator on Password Recovery if you cannot sign in.
- Enable an authenticator app under Security and verify the setup code before leaving the page.
- Use the security link to log out all devices if a session may be compromised.
How YARCalc uses it
- Recovery and claim codes are single use and expire.
- Changing a password invalidates other sessions.
